JNL series nylon meltblown cartridge is made of special nylon material by meltblown process. The production process does not use any chemical adhesive, and the meltblown process makes the fibers randomly self-adhesive in space to form a three-dimensional microporous structure, which has a larger specific surface area, higher porosity (≥80%), finer pore size (pore size ≤1μm) and excellent filtration performance much higher than other ordinary filter materials compared with traditional fabrics and combed non-woven materials. The product not only has the excellent alkali resistance and high temperature resistance of nylon, but also has a wide range of precision, large dirt-holding capacity and other filtration characteristics, and can be used in the filtration of special solvents, hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds and other high-temperature liquids.
