The Phenolic resin-bond fiber cartridge adopts fibers and is sintered and formed at high temperature by adding binder, curing agent and stabilizer. The structure of gradual tight structure, uniform micro-porous pore size and high porosity is realized, so that larger particles are captured in the surface layer of the cartridge and smaller particles are captured in the deeper part, thus increasing the retention capacity and service life. The processing technology is used to increase the groove on the surface of the cartridge, thus expanding the effective filtration area (99.9% filtration efficiency).
